Grapefruit and citrus flavours and good acidity make this a great match for tomato-based dishes. Dudley’s Stone Chenin Blanc – A great little glugger this, a little less dry meaning it can be drunk on its own or with dishes from seafood to pasta. La Rifra Lugana, Libiam – Arguably our most popular white wine a delightful dry, white and complex wine from the lake Garda region of Italy. Peach, elderflower and notes of jasmine. Superb. Joi De Vigne – A well crafted dry white wine from France blending Marsanne & Rolle (vermentino). Delicate citrus blossom on the nose leading to complex and subtle flavours of citrus and hints of tropical fruits. Morande Gewurtz – Intensively farmed for maximum flavour! Quince, lemon rose petal all combine beautifully. Serve with lightly spiced dishes.

Edmund Norton's legacy continues in Mendoza, little did the English engineer know of the potential in his vineyards back in 1895. This wonderful, delicate and poised Gruner Veltliner gives Honeysuckle, Jasmine and subtle Melon. A great aperitif.
