Sampled this wine while away on holiday, came back and bought 8 cases! Tell-tale minerality, though a deeper colour than most Chablis, highlighting a richer style. Baking apple and quince to the fore, a hint of toast and orange peel. A delightful and complex finish with exquisite length. A superb premier cru Chablis, that won’t break the bank. Enjoy with sea bass, scallops or seafood pasta dishes.
