Tasted a whole host of Macons to finally discover this wine. A little stunner, soft and creamy but with tart acidity on the finish. The length of this wine and the way it continues to develop on the palate is amazing.

Ripe Pear and Nectarine, classic rich and ripe Chardonnay. Very easy drinking but with plenty of complexity as well. The finish is elegant and long.

Exactly how a Chablis should be, dry and with good minerality, but great intensity and varietal character to be found here too. Would be welcome at any dinner party.
