The "Au Bourg" is the essence of what Luquet have been doing for over 100 years. Great acidity married seamlessly with rich fruit, great finesse from this top class Chardonnay.
-
Exactly how a Chablis should be, dry and with good minerality, but great intensity and varietal character to be found here too. Would be welcome at any dinner party.

A wine of great elegance and class from the oldest wine merchant established in Bordeaux. Red Berry on the nose with oaky notes. Classic dry but powerful Bordeaux on the palate, with a lovely lingering finish. Top Claret!
-
Ripe Pear and Nectarine, classic rich and ripe Chardonnay. Very easy drinking but with plenty of complexity as well. The finish is elegant and long.

From a small boutique producer in Chigny-Les-Roses, between Reims and Epernay, this is a lively and fruit forward fizz that's great for aperitifs and toasts.
-
A superb Reserva from one of the oldest producers in Rioja. Lots of dried and stewed fruit flavours to compliment fresh Raspberry and Cherry. Fine tannins deliver a touch of dryness on the finish. A great accompaniment to roast lamb.
-
The big brother of our best selling Italian white, La Rifra Lugana. Deep and rich Italian White with a gorgeous Citrussy twang. Tropical and Peach on the mid palate and a long, long finish. Absolutely superb!
-
Produced on a tiny 0.3 ha plot and aged in 20% French mountain oak. Bold, ripe Cassis rich on the palate. An excellent wine that epitomises the terroir of the appellation.
-
Big, bright fruit aromas of Pear and Peach on the nose, the wine is viscous and creamy on the palate. Smooth and succulent ripe fruits, with delicate floral notes. Much more restrained, and fresher than most French Viogniers.
-
Tasted a whole host of Macons to finally discover this wine. A little stunner, soft and creamy but with tart acidity on the finish. The length of this wine and the way it continues to develop on the palate is amazing.

Located on the great plateau of Pomerol and made from 2 small parcels of vines in the village of Riffat. Marrying power with finesse this would be a great gift for a lover of Bordeaux and will age well if tucked away.

Esteemed appellations like Margaux produce wonderfully rich yet tannic wines with generous acidity, fruit and smoothness. Flavours of dried Sultanas and Dates in the background behind a just ripe Plummy taste to the fore. This wine comes into its own when served with food, particularly roasted red meats.
