Clean, crisp and intense Chardonnay from Burgundy. Slightly softer than Chablis but still with similar poise and fruit quality. Great to drink on its own or with delicate fish dishes.

We tasted this wine with Manuel from the winery, it's a very fruit forward and modern style of Rioja. Wild Strawberries and herbs with an inkling of Sweet Spice. Oak is used sparingly but is noticeable on the finish.

Sourced from vineyards situated close to the magnificent Ch Petrus, this is a proper Right Bank Bordeaux. Merlot dominated, quite dry on the attack. Comes into its own when served with roast beef or lamb.
